A flair for taste: Our restaurant Baur's in Zurich embodies the refined reinterpretation of the classic brasserie. Contemporary chic meets international guests in an elegant but warm ambience. Baur's celebrates the classics of European cuisine, but fans of vegetarian and vegan cuisine will also find what they are looking for on the colourful menu. Only fresh and seasonal products of the highest quality are used. More than just worth mentioning is the wine list, curated by Head Sommelier Marc Almert.

Wednesdays are for Wellington

Why wait for the weekend to treat yourself?

Give in to temptation with our Beef Wellington - a succulent beef fillet hugged by fragrant herbs, accompanied by mushrooms and foie gras and swathed in a flirty, flaky embrace of golden puff pastry.

But there is a catch: It lasts as long as it lasts.

Always on Wednesdays from 7 pm in Baur's Brasserie.

Baur’s Counter

Our counter offers a more relaxed approach to dining. Freshness is key, as all dishes are prepared in front of you: beef tartare, cherry wood-smoked salmon, tasty charcuterie and cheeses, you name it. And an ever-changing selection of wines served by the glass. All in keeping with our modern-day brasserie concept.

Opening hours & Reservation

Kindly note, we are currently closed for the summer holidays from the 15th of July until the 25th of August 2024. But no worries, we'll still be serving up delicious dishes on the Marguita terrace.
