A flair for taste: Our restaurant Baur's in Zurich embodies the refined reinterpretation of the classic brasserie. Contemporary chic meets international guests in an elegant but warm ambience. Baur's celebrates the classics of European cuisine, but fans of vegetarian and vegan cuisine will also find what they are looking for on the colourful menu.
