A flair for taste
In France, brasserie originally referred to a brewpub or brewhouse. Hearty and down-to-earth dishes were served with the beer. While very few brasseries still brew beer today, the rustic tradition of the dishes has been largely preserved. We take this up in our Brasserie Baur's in Zurich and give it new accents. The result: modern dishes with heart and soul.

Wednesdays are for Wellington
Why wait for the weekend to treat yourself?
Give in to temptation with our Beef Wellington - a succulent beef fillet hugged by fragrant herbs, accompanied by mushrooms and tender foie gras and swathed in a flirty, flaky embrace of golden puff pastry.
But there is a catch: It lasts as long as it lasts. Starting 20.09.2023! Always on Wednesdays from 7 pm in Baur's Brasserie.
